About the role

Nous cherchons un Technicien, ressources matérielles pour notre équipe grandissante!

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Assurer un service à la clientèle adéquat aux clients internes et externes en matière de ressources matérielles, effectuer la coordination des requêtes, analyser et répondre aux besoins des clients en respectant les normes et procédures en vigueur
  • S'occuper du soutien sur le site pour les accès peut préparer les cartes, prise de photos, enregistrement et confirmation de l'accès requis
  • Travailler en synergie avec les représentants de l'édifice et autres collègues afin de s'assurer de la sécurité du site et du respect des règles établies
  • S'occuper du soutien sur le site en matière d'aménagements pour la relocalisation du personnel
  • Voir au soutien des équipements audiovisuels et installations
  • Aider à la planification de l'organisation des salles et espaces de l'édifice en fonction des requêtes reçues. Participation et assistance lors des requêtes de déplacement et d'aménagement
  • Effectuer le suivi préventif des installations et de réparations nécessaires pour le bon fonctionnement du site
  • Communiquer avec les représentants de l'immeuble pour l'entretien et répondre à des demandes en ce sens. Détecter les anomalies afin d'agir de façon préventive
  • Accomplir diverses tâches administratives ou relatives au poste conformément aux lignes directrices en vigueur et requises pour ce poste
  • Préparer, traiter et expédier toute la marchandise et les documents qui sont destinés à l'externe en s'assurant de choisir l'entreprise de messagerie appropriée
  • Classer les documents selon le système de classification établi pour en faciliter l'accès au moment opportun
  • Compléter des rapports, produire des avis, lettres ou autres documents requis
  • Au besoin accomplir toute autre tâche connexe et se deplacer sur d'autres sites selon les besoin d'affaires

  • Bilinguisme (français / anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays
  • Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada
