Tasks
Greeting visitors.
Answering client calls.
Receiving and filing incoming documents.
Associating documents with the proper client in the database.
Drafting letters to brokers using relevant information.
Distributing received faxes and documents to the appropriate department.
Supporting other departments with various administrative tasks.
Performing any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements
DEP in secretarial work or any other relevant program.
Two to four years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar position (an asset).
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with computers.
Professional proficiency in French and English.
Customer service experience (an asset).
