Tasks
- Greeting visitors.
- Answering client calls.
- Receiving and filing incoming documents.
- Associating documents with the proper client in the database.
- Drafting letters to brokers using relevant information.
- Distributing received faxes and documents to the appropriate department.
- Supporting other departments with various administrative tasks.
- Performing any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements
- DEP in secretarial work or any other relevant program.
- Two to four years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar position (an asset).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with computers.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
- Customer service experience (an asset).
