Job description

Do you have great attention to detail and experience working as an office assistant?

You have good knowledge of administrative capabilities like data entry, supporting managers and good organization skills and you are bilingual? We have a position that might interest you!

Our client located in Ville Saint-Laurent is currently looking to hire a fantastic candidate for a

  • 6 week contract
  • who is experienced in an office environment, to assist them with a variety of office duties.

This is what your daily life will look like :

Under the direction of the service manager, your work as an office assistant will ensure the smooth running of the service team. Your daily activities will include taking calls and inquiries by phone, creating P.O.s , enter data in the system, taking care of billing and after sales duties.

  • Responsibilities

  • Answer calls approximately 20-25 calls / day
  • answering emails
  • creating and entering P.O.'s in system
  • coordinating with the service department
  • provide support to the accounting department
  • all other related administrative tasks
  • Qualifications

  • Diploma of Secondary Education;
  • Bilingualism (French-English);
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Automomous by nature;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
  • Good analytical sense, dynamism, enthusiasm.
