Job description

Vous êtes organisé, dynamique et avez un talent pour la coordination? Nous recherchons un(e) coordonnateur(trice) des ventes pour soutenir notre équipe de Laval.

Dans ce rôle clé, vous appuierez l’équipe des ventes et collaborez à des initiatives marketing en travaillant avec le groupe de l’image de marque pour créer et gérer des outils et documents promotionnels.

Responsibilities

  • Assister l’équipe des ventes dans la préparation des
  • propositions, soumissions et présentations.

  • Collaborer à la création de matériel marketing (brochures,
  • études de cas, photos / vidéos).

  • Gérer le processus de soumission, en assurant la
  • communication entre ventes, estimation et ingénierie.

  • Standardiser et gérer les modèles de soumissions pour assurer
  • la conformité aux normes.

  • Recueillir des données, créer des rapports et contribuer à
  • l’identification de nouvelles opportunités de marché.

  • Soutenir les vendeurs sur le terrain avec les outils nécessaires
  • et assurer le suivi des propositions.

    Qualifications

  • Excellentes compétences en présentation, communication et
  • organisation.

  • Solides aptitudes en gestion du temps et attention aux détails.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Intérêt marqué pour la vente et des perspectives ambitieuses.
  • connaissances mécaniques et expérience en équipement
  • lourd, un atout.

  • Expérience en coordination des ventes et gestion d'inventaire,
  • souhaitée.
