Earn competitive wages starting at $20 / hour (plus tips and bonuses) while providing essential residential exterior cleaning and home maintenance services that truly benefit our community.

Key Responsibilities :

Performing residential window cleaning services, ensuring streak-free and sparkling results.
Cleaning eavestroughs (gutters) effectively, removing debris and ensuring proper water flow.
Operating pressure washing equipment to clean various exterior surfaces such as siding, driveways, and patios.
Setting up and working safely with ladders to access different areas of residential properties.
Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in good working order.
Following established procedures and safety guidelines for each service.
Interacting professionally and respectfully with clients on-site.
Working effectively as part of a team to complete daily schedules.

Requirements :

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely.

Ability to lift and carry equipment (e.g., ladders, pressure washers).

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Four-day work-week : Monday to Thursday schedule with four 10-hour shifts, providing you with a three-day weekend.
