A high attention to detail and love of accuracy in everything they do A great understanding of bookkeeping software and accounting principles (QBO, Plooto, Rotessa, Dext, etc.) Customer facing experience - helping customers with various accounting / invoicing related requests Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) bilingualism would be an asset (French & English). Payroll, HR & Benefits : Accounts Payables & Receivables : Paying supplier invoices on time and ensuring our customers' accounts are kept up to date! Monthly Recurring Billing : Ensuring our recurring invoicing is accurate and sent on a timely basis! Reporting & Analysis : creating various financial reports and reviewing dashboards to keep our business healthy and growing! We are looking for a part-time accounting supervisor to join our team. Please note that this is an "in-office" position at our brand new state of the art facility on Lancaster Road.

As an accounting supervisor, you'll be overseeing all of the accounting and finance needs of our small business. The position is based in Ottawa and the individual will be working in our Ottawa office.
Taking care of payroll, vacation banks, HR related matters and administrating benefits platform.
