About the role

The position of Bilingual Specialist, Servicing (Business and Portfolio Operations) focuses on the day-to-day servicing of complex multi-unit mortgage loan insurance applications. In this role, you will lead risk management analysis, decisions and recommendations for approval of scenarios related to file-specific risk mitigation. You will identify key risks and provide creative solutions to mitigate the risk to CMHC while providing exceptional client experience. You will communicate and negotiate with clients / lenders to explore possible options and ultimately reach a solution that minimizes CMHC's risk exposure while seeking to deliver on CMHC's mission to help Canadians meet their housing needs.

This is a temporary position until January 2027.
