We are hiring a Nursing Supervisor to support our Peel region including Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon and Bolton . The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for facilitating the clinical, educational and professional development of our Visiting and Clinic Nurses. This position involves an on-call rotation.

Job Description

• Provide clinical nurse leadership and direction, ensuring patient care meets professional nursing standards and organizational policies
• Manage staffing levels, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in orientation of new staff
• Perform supervisory visits and case reviews to maintain quality of care and appropriate service frequency
• Collaborate with patients and nursing team to identify health care needs, strengths, and goals
• Act as a professional role model and mentor, demonstrating clinical expertise and ongoing professional development
