Hays Property Team are recruiting for a Commercial Property Administrator, located in Mississauga.
Your new company
Hays Property are recruiting on behalf of of our client, an established Real Estate developer and owner with a number of years experience in the industry. The oversee all number of asset classes and have a heavy presence in the GTA. The role is assisting the Property Management aspect of the business from a commercial aspect and the role is located in Mississauga. They are a business whom have a great reputation within the industry and all are looking for a Commercial Property Administrator to continue their successes.
Your new role
As the Commercial Property Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties across the GTA working with differing tenants and providing administrative support to the wider team. You will oversee all invoicing, AP, AR & vendor management whilst working with tenants on rectifying any issues on a day to day. You will assist with the wider business on adhoc tasks however be primarily responsible for the administration assigned to the portfolio. The expectation is that you are in office 5 days a week.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role particularly pertaining to administration within a Commercial Portfolio. You will have an extensive knowledge of CRE & administrative tasks pertaining to invoicing, AP, AR & working with maintenance, contractors and vendors.
