  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including IT, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure DLP strategies align with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Conduct data discovery and classification exercises to identify and categorize sensitive data across the organization

  • Integrate DLP solutions with existing security infrastructure, including firewalls, proxies, and endpoint protection systems

  • At least 2 years of experience working in an agile delivery team

  • Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with leading DLP platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Symantec DLP, McAfee DLP, or Forcepoint DLP

  • In-depth knowledge of DLP concepts, methodologies, and tools, including content analysis, data classification, and network and endpoint DLP solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, Perl, Powershell, etc.) for automation and integration

  • Validated foundation in database management and query methodologies

  • Familiarity with network protocols, cloud and endpoint security technologies, and data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001)

  • Proficient in configuring DLP policies, rules, and alerts to implement data protection policies and prevent data loss

  • Experience with data discovery and classification tools to identify sensitive data and define appropriate protection measures

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address DLP risks and incidents efficiently

  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with globally distributed multi-functional teams and partners

  • Ability to work independently, lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.

  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.

  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
