Special Needs School Bus Driver in Cochrane Do you live in Cochrane? Make a Difference Every Day Every day, you'll do more than drive a bus, you'll help students with disabilities arrive safely, confidently, and ready to learn, while building real relationships with the students and families you serve. At 4Seasons Transportation, you'll join a team recognized as one of Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures (2024) , a workplace built on safety, compassion, and genuine support for our drivers, not just our students. What You'll Do: - Safely transport students with disabilities to and from school - Build positive, professional relationships with students, families, and school staff - Create a calm, safe, and supportive environment on your bus - Assist students with boarding, seating, and securing mobility devices as needed - Complete daily vehicle pre-trip inspections - Follow established routes and schedules using GPS and communication technology - Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of your assigned vehicle, including washing, fueling, and delivering it for scheduled maintenance What We Provide: - Paid Class 4 licence training , start with your Class 5 and we'll train and support you every step of the way to obtain your Class 4 with S endorsement - First Aid/CPR certification training provided , already certified?
