Our growing agency is looking to add one more member to our amazing team!

What We Are Looking For

Someone who is solutions-oriented, an incredible problem solver, smart, organized, and detail oriented, who can help our agency scale and grow through intelligent systems and processes. We are looking for brains, ambition, and work ethic more than anything - but experience is always great :)

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • You must audit existing systems and process 🠒 identify gaps/issues 🠒 design and implement improvements
  • You must work with our team to ensure that they are using the systems and tools as designed or intended
  • You must work with our team to ensure they are following any processes correctly
  • You must be capable of collecting data, analyzing data, and using that data to drive smart decisions
  • You must ensure that the team has what they need to be successful
  • You will work with department heads to identify gaps and determine and design solutions
  • You will report directly to the CEO
  • Work hours are 7am to 3pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

Required Experience

  • Experience project management tools or systems
  • Past experience in Operations is a must
  • Proven ability to improve and design systems and processes
  • Proven ability to support a team

Compensation and Work Requirements

The starting salary for this role is negotiable between $1,500 - $3,000 CAD/month to start for Full-Time, based on experience and skills, and possibility for raises based on performance. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with this salary.
