About the role :

Reporting to theLaboratoryCoordinator andLaboratory Supervisor WaterOperationsTechnical ServicesElk Valley(TSEV)theTechnician Laboratory isresponsible for the safe and efficient execution of site laboratory functions including accurate sampling sample analysis the recording and reporting of resultsfollowing QAQC standardsdaily / weekly / monthlyverificationsand calibrationsdeveloping COCs shipping and logging external samples andlaboratory trainingfor new staff.

To be successful we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who has strong analytical problem solving decision-making abilities and general understand of laboratory QA / QC.

$83000 - $103000 a year

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidates relevant experience skills and competencies and considers internal equity.
