Job descriptionAble to communicate verbally in French and English Proven experience in a medical office or administrative role. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Proficiency with medical software and office tools is an asset. Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player who takes initiative in all aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities
- Appointment Management : Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, ensuring accurate records and timely service.
- Patient Records Management : Maintain and update patient records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Patient Intake Assistance : Collect and update personal and medical information to ensure seamless patient care.
- Coordination with Medical Staff : Work closely with medical professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
- Insurance and Billing Support : Process insurance claims, handle billing, and support other administrative tasks related to patient care.
- Patient Communication : Answer patient inquiries, providing detailed information regarding procedures, appointments, and office policies.
- Office Organization : Ensure the office is organized, manage office supplies, and support the overall clinic environment.
