Do you want to learn a hands-on trade, work with your hands, and be part of a company that has been developing renewable energy solutions since 2003?

Volts Energies is looking for a motivated person to join our production team as a Junior Assembler. This position is ideal for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a career with us in a fast-growing technical field.

We provide in-house training. What matters most to us is your reliability, attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

What You Will Learn With Us

Working with our team, you will be trained step by step to learn how to:

Assemble our Li-Cube units, autonomous energy systems integrating solar, batteries, inverters, generators, and controls.
Perform basic mechanical assembly.
Install supports, rails, structures, and components.
Participate in electrical panel assembly under supervision.
Use the right tools and proper work methods.
Gradually read and understand plans, technical drawings, and assembly diagrams.
Perform simple checks to ensure clean, solid, and well-executed work.
Work safely in a shop environment.

Experience in a workshop, construction, mechanics, installation, production, or assembly is an asset, but not required. Reading plans is also an asset, but we can train you.
