Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Bilingual in English and French, with excellent communication skills. 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Smartsheet, Canto, or similar tools. Experience managing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects. Team player with a positive attitude. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and basic SEO / digital advertising knowledge are assets. Familiarity with video / photo editing tools is a plus.

We seek a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support campaign development, content creation, market analysis, and digital presence management. This role offers hands-on experience across marketing strategies and execution.
Responsibilities include :
- Planning and executing digital, print, and social media campaigns.
- Developing content such as social media posts, blogs, emails, and marketing materials.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Tracking and reporting campaign performance with analytics tools.
- Managing and updating the company website.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Organizing events, trade shows, or webinars.
- Ensuring brand consistency across channels.
- Performing light design work.
