Job descriptionQA email campaigns and web updates for correct links, imagery, and messaging Assist with UTM tagging and campaign tracking in Google Analytics Help prepare marketing performance reports and dashboards Organize and maintain marketing assets, including creative files, copy decks, and Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure campaigns align with Support social and content teams with basic scheduling and asset coordination Marketing campaigns are executed cleanly and launched on time Tracking and reporting are accurate, helping the team measure success Campaign assets and documentation stay organized and easy to access Customers receive clear, polished, and relevant marketing communications Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred, Mailchimp acceptable) Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks across teams Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing campaign content and links Bonus : Copywriting or basic design skills, interest in cycling or the outdoor industry Bonus : Experience with Notion, Google Workspace, or content management tools
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of our digital marketing programs across
email, web, and analytics platforms. You’ll assist in campaign setup, QA, and reporting, helping
to ensure that marketing communications go out on time, with the right content, to the right
audience. If you’re curious about eCommerce marketing, love keeping things organized, and
want to learn how campaigns are planned, launched, and analyzed, this is a great opportunity to
grow your skills.
