Job Description
The Payroll Specialist will handle payroll processing, tax reporting, and compliance for our team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are well-versed in payroll systems and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Handle payroll tax filings and year-end reporting (e.g., W-2, T-4).
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations.
