Position : Manufacturing Engineer
Location : Vaughan, ON
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 Yearly
Industry : Manufacturing / HVAC / Engineering
Employment Term : Full Time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain detailed work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues and defects
- Provide technical support to production teams and resolve manufacturing-related issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the field
- Other tasks as assigned
