ENGINEER

Vaughan, ON

Client’s focus is to provide quality, cost effective ingredient automation solutions to businesses operating in the Food and Baking industry. Product line includes complete turnkey systems that automate the storage and handling of many flour and sugar.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The ability to perform pneumatic conveying design calculations
Experience with silo systems moving air pressure in tubes
Able to do calculations for fine ingredients, making sure product can pass freely keeping the integrity of product
Previous Experience with pneumatic conveying systems is essential
Previous experience in Project Management – Gant charts / time management
Previous experience with cost estimating
Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in the Food Industry
Ideally experience with food / bakery facilities
Structural Engineer with experience in steel fabrication
Experience creating P&ID drawings
Experience with designing liquid conveying systems

QUALIFICATIONS :

Professional Designation Engineer Licensed in Ontario

International experience is welcome

Candidates with experience in oil & gas, mining, cement, food industry would make a good fit

Strong English language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

French and or Spanish language skills an asset

Support and assist service personnel with issues related to projects

Proficiency in both AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PneuKalc
