Overview
En tant que Chef de service – Ingénierie de production, vous assurerez le management de la qualité et de l’amélioration continue, garantissant l’excellence de nos produits et de nos procédés de fabrication. Rattaché(e) au Directeur des opérations et de la R&D, vous jouerez un rôle important dans l’optimisation de nos processus et le respect des normes les plus exigeantes.
Responsibilities
- Piloter les objectifs qualité, analyser les résultats et mettre en œuvre des actions pour réduire les pertes et améliorer la productivité.
- Planifier et représenter l’entreprise lors des audits qualité (clients et fournisseurs).
- Définir et soutenir les projets d’amélioration continue (qualité, productivité, réduction des coûts).
- Collaborer aux projets de développement pour assurer un transfert optimal vers la production.
- Renforcer et faire évoluer le système qualité.
- Veiller à la conformité réglementaire des produits et des procédés selon les normes ISO 9000 et ISO 13485.
