Job descriptionRecognized diploma in aircraft structures or other accredited course; S license issued by Transport Canada; Relevant experience in the field. Sense of organization and priorities; Excellent judgment and initiative; Alertness and attention to detail; Team spirit. Salary up to $50 / hr.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sheet Metal Technician - S Licensed inspects, maintains and repairs aircraft structures.
TASKS
- Troubleshoot aircraft structural problems;
- Adjust, repair and overhaul aircraft structures in accordance with specifications, technical drawings, manuals and procedures;
- Perform and report on routine maintenance;
- Identify and place material orders in accordance with company policies;
- Sign all forms or work files applicable to his / her work;
- Attend staff training and instruction;
- Inform Quality Assurance Supervisor of irregularities on maintenance work tasks.
