Position : Marketing Coordinator – Retail Market
A leader in the home improvement industry, located in Ville Saint-Laurent, is seeking an administrative coordinator in the marketing department.
Your role :
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating buying shows across Canada and the United States, as well as in developing and managing marketing materials and communications tools.

Responsibilities
Coordinated the Retail division's buying shows in Canada and the United States.
Managed requests from representatives and managers for buying shows.
Prepared necessary documentation (promotions, special buying sheets).
Monitored budget requests and coordinated with the accounts payable department.
Created marketing distribution tools as needed.
Ensured the quality and compliance of published documents.
Provided occasional support to managers.
Developed PowerPoint presentations.
Participated in the production of marketing materials (catalogs, price lists, packaging printing).
Coordinated printing (posters, packaging, etc.).
Qualifications
College diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing an asset
Experience in a similar position, ideally in the retail sector
Experience in retail sales an asset
Bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written
Proficiency in MS Office
Autonomous, organized, and a team player
Excellent multi-project management
Sense of initiative, organization, and adaptability
Efficiency and adherence to deadlines
