As a Senior Manager within our Consulting practice, you will lead the development and delivery of recruitment and executive search services for our clients. This role combines strategic advisory, helping clients identify the right profiles with full-cycle recruitment, through to the successful onboarding of candidates within their organizations. You will also play a key role in business development and in strengthening the Firm’s reputation in the market. We provide our clients with tailored recruitment solutions designed to meet their specific needs, primarily for management-level positions.
