THE OPPORTUNITY
The role of the Quality and Measurement Technician is to establish define and monitor process parameters to ensure the quality and quantity of products produced.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- lead measurement and variation reduction initiatives and policies;
- ensure measurement and testing methods and tools are capable and repeatable;
- mentor and train multi-functional teams on the measurement and statistical methods and tools;
- analyze quality data and develop corrective or preventative plans or projects from findings;
- work as part of the quality leadership team; and
- support operations by monitoring production quality performance and maintenance.
