Join the Agropur St-Hyacinthe team as an evening shift production supervisor. Our fine cheese plant is much more than a factory; it is one of the pillars of Agropur's cooperative history, contributing to the local economy of the Maskoutaine region for over 40 years.

Reporting to the production manager, the evening shift production supervisor manages the plant's operations and preventive maintenance activities.

Salary range 004 : $71,200 to $89,000 (The base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

What’s involved in this role :

Delivering the production plan in quantity, quality, and cost by adequately coordinating cheese manufacturing processes and work teams;

Ensuring the application of policies, procedures, and instructions meeting quality system requirements (SQF, HACCP, and others) & health and safety;

Understanding and properly applying the collective agreement;

Participating in and supporting the culture of performance & operational efficiency;

Managing maintenance & participating in the constant improvement of production standards;

Participating in various plant committees.

What you need to join our team :

College or university degree in a related field or experience in personnel management;

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a production supervisor in a unionized environment;

Good computer skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
