Key Responsibilities - Manufacturing Associate

• Operate production and assembly equipment in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
  
• Assemble, inspect, and package automotive parts according to quality and safety standards.
  
• Perform quality checks and identify defects to ensure products meet specifications.
  
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
  
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and company procedures.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Complete basic production documentation and reporting as required.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production goals.
  
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  
• Assist with machine operation, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments as needed.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  
• Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime and up to 48 hours per week when required.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience is required
  
• Clear criminal record
  
• Capable of performing a variety of standing, crouching, twisting and bending during 8 or 12 hours shifts
  
• Can lift up to 50 lbs
  
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
