Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Location: Belleville, ON
Shift: 2-Week MAD Rotation (Monday to Friday)
Days: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Afternoons: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Nights: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Candidates must be available to work all shifts as part of the rotation schedule.

Responsibilities:
Setting up manufacturing equipment and machinery for production runs
Producing products according to quality specifications and production schedules
Stacking finished products neatly and removing scrap or defective materials
Inspecting products for quality concerns and documenting irregularities
Adjusting machine controls during product changeovers and when quality issues arise
Trimming excess material from products using approved safety knives and tools
Reporting equipment or machinery issues to supervisors and maintenance teams
Loading materials by hand into trailers for transportation
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Following all health and safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, factory, production, or warehouse environment
The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Physical capability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift and perform frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting
Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing processes and equipment
Basic math skills and the ability to complete production documentation accurately
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Two work-related references
Secondary school completion or equivalent work experience preferred
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
