We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist for a part-time contingent role lasting approximately six months with the possibility of extension based on project needs. The role averages 20 hours per week and offers flexibility; however availability during standard business hours (MondayFriday) is required.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates based in Vancouver BC who can attend occasional on-site meetings.

In this role you will design develop and deliver engaging learning solutions that enhance employee capability and organizational performance. Working closely with subject matter experts you will create impactful training content manage learning platforms and drive continuous improvement in the learner experience to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning materials and programs to support employee development.
• Manage update and deploy content within theLearning Management System (LMS)andSharePoint.
• Analyze learner needs to create targeted effective training interventions.
• Troubleshoot and adjust learning content to ensure successful outcomes.
• Partner with HR business leaders and subject matter experts to gather content and align learning initiatives.
• Applyadult learning principlesandinstructional design methodologiesto develop impactful learning experiences.
• Review edit and enhance training materials for clarity and consistency.
• Facilitate virtual or in-person learning sessions as needed.
• Stay current on learning technology trends and recommend continuous improvements.

Pay Transparency :

The anticipated pay range for this contingent position is CDN $35.00$43.00 per hour . The final offer will depend on factors including experience education and location.
