About the job

Support risk management activities and ensure the implementation and close-out of the annual risk management plan for the institute.

Ensure operations comply with local laws and regulations and meet internal corporate governance requirements.

Monitor key risk indicators (TOP risks) on an ongoing basis and promptly report any risk deviations.

Organize and lead the development of operational risk management capabilities.

Conduct regular internal self-assessments and deliver risk management training.

About the ideal candidate

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.

Familiar with risk management methodologies, project management and audit experience.

Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, with excellent communication skills, business drive, and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficient in synthesis and reporting, capable of independently preparing related business reports.

Strong learning ability and a willingness to continuously improve personal skills in a fast-paced work environment.

Team player with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-departmental teams.
