Job description

Manpower is looking for multiple Chinese/En Bilingual (Cantonese and Mandarin ) call center agent to work remotely, you can be anywhere in Canada. Are you looking to work from home call center job? Don't wait, join us!

What's in it for you?

  • $19.50 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay
  • Work from comfortable home (Any wehere in Canada)
  • Operational hour: June 5th and June 6th 2 days 8am to 4pm EST
  • Paid weekly, every Friday
  • Must be available in evenings and weekends

What's the job

  • Make outbound calls to potential voters, supporters, and donors.
  • Provide information about the policies, initiatives, and events.
  • Answer questions and address concerns from the public.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education equivalent to a High School diploma/GED.
  • Two years prior call center experience preferred.
  • Fluent in Cantonese (30% Mandarin ) and English
  • Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends and holidays).
  • Ability to interpret complex KPIs and relate them to qualitative findings
  • Experience with contact center software
  • Requires a positive attitude, the ability to work independently or as part of a team and have a genuine interest in people and desire to help.
  • Legally to work in Canada without restriction
  • Able to complete backcheck

Work at Home Computer requirements:

  • Headset - (Can not be wireless)
  • Personal computer or laptop. (We Do Not Support Mac Computers)
  • Windows 10
  • 8.00 GB of RAM
  • 64-bit operating system
