Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs for high‑performance backend services.
Develop event-driven applications using Kafka, MQ, Solace, or similar messaging platforms.
Work with Azure Cloud services for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
Build containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Hadoop or big data integrations when required.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Manage source code, branching, and CI/CD workflows using GitHub.
Work with SQL databases to design queries, optimize performance, and support backend logic.
Troubleshoot issues across environments and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong development experience in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
Expertise in building and deploying microservices architectures.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, MQ, or Solace.
Solid understanding of REST services and backend API development.
Working knowledge of Azure Cloud (App Services, AKS, Storage, etc.).
Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Good understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
Experience working with GitHub for version control.
Familiarity with Python for scripting or tooling (nice to have but not mandatory).
Exposure to Hadoop or distributed data systems is an added advantage.
