What you’ll be doing.
You will set a clear vision for the Sales Department and define goals based on the core values that we hold close to our hearts at the FFUN Group. It’s these values that consistently drive us to achieve or exceed targeted performance. And you’ll be a true believer and, there’s that word again, leader. In doing so you’ll manage a team of sales associates and while provide training, support and guidance plus you’ll engage with the team to achieve key FFUN goals, performance metrics, operating guidelines, processes, policies, and standards. Working with the General Manager you will set the targets and lead your team right to them every month and every year. You’ll maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives for the sales department while providing prompt, dependable, high quality, so-good-people-will-sing-songs-about-it service to both your internal and external customers. You’ll help your sales associates to close deals and ensure units are ready for delivery.
