Doit être familier avec l'industrie de la manutention de matériel, ayant passé du temps à y travailler ou à en assurer l'entretien. Excellente communication orale et écrite. Solides compétences en matière de planification, d'organisation et de gestion du temps. Le candidat doit être en mesure de voyager dans la zone de responsabilité qui lui a été attribuée. Posséder et conserver un permis de conduire valide (un résumé de conduite récent sera exigé). Doit posséder et maintenir un passeport valide et être disponible pour voyager à l'étranger. Le fait d'être bilingue (anglais et français) est considéré comme un atout. Sell both New and Used material handling equipment within the designated Area Of Responsibility (AOR). Travel entire AOR to effectively cover all current and prospect-account locations. Be fully engaged with growing our customer base by : Growing our share of our existing customer base’s Acquiring new customers Identifying Key Strategic Customers (existing & new), and executing a growth plan Building relationships Keep current on customers’ business activities and changing needs. Prepare and maintain customer status reports including (but not limited to) : Sales call activities Customer Lists (both current and prospect accounts) Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for your AOR. Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models. Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Manage travel requirements and expenses in a timely manner. Other projects / duties as required. Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal driven. Proven ability to build and grow sales in a defined territory. Must be familiar with the Material Handling industry, having spent some time working in or servicing it. Excellent verbal and written communications. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. Must be able to travel throughout the assigned area of responsibility (AOR). Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license (a recent driver’s abstract will be required). Must possess and maintain a valid passport and be available to travel internationally. Le gestionnaire de territoire sera chargé de la mise en œuvre et de la réalisation de l'ensemble des plans de vente et de marketing pour les objectifs du territoire qui lui a été attribué. Le gestionnaire de territoire a pour mission de stimuler les ventes de chariots élévateurs ou d'autres équipements de manutention sur le territoire attribué. Le titulaire de ce poste exercera une grande influence sur la croissance globale des activités de Manutention Brandt sur le territoire qui lui a été attribué.
Tâches et responsabilités
- Vendre des équipements de manutention de matériel neufs et usagés, dans la zone de responsabilité désignée (ZRD).
- Se déplacer dans l'ensemble de la ZRD afin de couvrir efficacement tous les emplacements des comptes actuels et potentiels.
- S'engager pleinement dans la croissance de notre base de clients :
- Augmenter notre part dans la flotte de nos clients existants
- Acquérir de nouveaux clients
- Identifier les clients stratégiques clés (existants et nouveaux) et mettre en œuvre un plan de croissance.
- Établir des relations
- Se tenir au courant des activités et des changements dans les besoins des clients.
- Préparer et tenir à jour des rapports sur la situation des clients, y compris (mais sans s'y limiter) :
- Activités d'appel de ventes
- Listes de clients (comptes actuels et potentiels)
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing et de promotion pour votre ZRD
- Se tenir au courant de la connaissance des produits et des modèles de l'industrie (concurrents).
- Remplir tous les documents de vente en temps voulu et de manière précise.
- Gérer les besoins et les frais de déplacement en temps opportun.
- Autres projets et tâches selon les besoins.
Qualifications et Exigences
The Territory Manager will be responsible for the implementation and achievement of all the overall sales and marketing plans for assigned territory targets. The Territory Manager role will drive sales of forklift and / or other material handling equipment in their assigned territory. This role will be very influential in the overall growth of Brandt Material Handling business within the assigned territory.
