Directeur(trice) des Opérations d’Ingénierie

Notre client, une entreprise établie depuis près de 50 ans, conçoit et fabrique des solutions innovantes pour la production et la distribution d’énergie. Pour soutenir sa croissance, il recherche un(e) Directeur(trice) des Opérations d’Ingénierie pour structurer et optimiser la gestion de son équipe d’ingénierie.

Offre :

Salaire de base autour de 220 000 $ + boni discrétionnaire.
Assurance complète, REER avec cotisation de l’employeur (50 % des contributions additionnelles), et programme d’achat d’actions.
Horaire de 40 h / semaine, avec 4+ semaines de congé.

Profil recherché :

Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en ingénierie (électrique ou mécanique).

Expérience en gestion et leadership d’équipe, avec une approche axée sur la prise de décision stratégique.

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à structurer une équipe d’ingénierie.

Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis.

Responsabilités :

Diriger une équipe de 12 ingénieurs et concepteurs, en assurant leur développement et leur performance.

Structurer et améliorer les processus pour garantir l’efficacité et la qualité des livrables.

Prioriser et superviser la planification des projets afin de respecter les délais, budgets et objectifs.

Collaborer avec les autres départements (ventes, achats, production, logistique, finances, RH) pour aligner les projets d’ingénierie avec les objectifs globaux de l’entreprise.

Challenger les solutions techniques proposées par l’équipe, tout en adoptant un rôle de gestion plutôt que d’expertise technique.
