Skills & Requirements 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment 3+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles (developers, architects, DevOps, etc.) Experience working with private sector clients (corporate, SMEs, or startups) Excellent knowledge of IT profiles and tech terminology Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills French is a strong asset, but not required ???? As part of the expansion of our recruitment team, we are looking for an IT Recruitment Expert to support the talent needs of our private sector clients —ranging from large enterprises to fast-growing startups. You'll play a key role in identifying top IT talent while supporting the growth and excellence of our recruitment practice.
