Job descriptionPrepare client meeting packages, process documentation post-meeting, and manage follow-up actions to ensure completion. Accurately place and follow up on investment trades (purchases, switches, withdrawals) in client accounts. Keep client records current and organized, both electronically (via Equisoft CRM) and physically (paper filing). Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, delivering a professional and courteous experience. Take ownership of client requests and administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and files are audit-ready. Maintain a thorough understanding of compliance requirements and industry regulations relevant to the role. A resourceful and self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and thorough follow-through. An individual who enjoys building rapport with clients and understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality. Full-time, in-office position (9 : 00am – 5 : 00pm, Monday to Friday). We value in-person collaboration and believe it enhances communication, learning, and team spirit. Our office environment is friendly, professional, and built around mutual support. A family-oriented culture that respects personal commitments outside of work. Supportive mentorship and hands-on training to set you up for success Salary : $50,000 – $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience. About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a full-time, in-office position. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in delivering a superior client experience while supporting the daily operations of our practice.
