Position : MM Analyst - Agricultural Manufacturing
Location : Near Kitchener, ON (approximately 20 minutes north)
Work Schedule : Full-time, 5 days per week onsite
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Materials Management (MM) Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in sourcing and procuring raw materials, feed ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies necessary for production. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience ensuring timely, cost-effective purchasing in a fast-paced environment. SAP experience (MM module preferred) is essential.
The MM Analyst will collaborate closely with production, inventory, quality assurance, and vendor partners to maintain inventory accuracy and uphold quality and safety standards across multiple locations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (asset).
- 2-5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in agricultural or feed manufacturing.
- SAP experience required (MM module preferred).
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
