What You Will Be Doing :
- Verification of all deal paperwork and reported gross profit
- Posting of vehicles and recreational vehicles deals
- Coordinate month end close with store managers to ensure all deals are received by the month end cut-off
- Preparing and reconciling schedules of assigned balance sheet accounts
- Accounts payables postings, reconciliation and payments for assigned location
- Preparation of payments for lien payouts
- Banking runs as required
- Organizing and filing financial documents
- Other accounting responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring to the Table :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration
- Minimum of years working experience in an accounting function
- Currently pursuing a CPA designation is an asset but not required
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to work in flexible hours
- Must be detail oriented
