Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyze complex datasets using coding languages such as SQL Spark Python.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Translate data findings into actionable recommendations through compelling storytelling.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and data strategies.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Compile clean and organize datasets to support accurate analytics and reporting needs.

Design and maintain efficient data models to enable seamless integration and analysis across systems.

Ensure high-quality data delivery and accurate reporting for informed decision-making.

Qualifications :

Demonstrate familiarity with data engineering tools concepts and pipeline development processes (Azure fabric purview etc.)

Ability Manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing tight deadlines with high-visibility deliverables for executives.

Develop efficient and scalable data models and analytics solutions particularly in Power BI.

Proficiency in coding languages (Python Spark SQL DAX etc.).

Good expertise in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

Bachelors degree in Business Data Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience with the following tools an asset : DevOps Databricks.
