Title : Commercial Producer
Location : Bracebridge / Port Carling area
An established and growing insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Producer—a self-motivated, engaging, and results-driven professional who excels at building lasting relationships. In this role, you'll develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lines and / or surety business, connecting with potential clients through networking, referrals, and collaboration. By understanding each client’s business and risk profile, you’ll craft tailored insurance solutions and contribute meaningfully to the brokerage’s continued success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least five years of experience in personal and commercial insurance who thrives in a relationship-focused, goal-oriented environment. The role offers a generous base salary plus commission to reward your success and dedication.
Key responsibilities include driving new business development, overseeing account renewals, and working closely with internal teams to market risks to insurers. Staying informed about industry trends and maintaining accurate records are also essential to the role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of self-generated sales (minimum 3 years), excellent communication skills, and proficiency with insurance software.
