Job descriptionUnderstand customer applications and recommend appropriate guarding and attachment solutions Provide technical product information, demonstrations, and application guidance Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure accurate solutions Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and compatibility Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Handle inquiries, pricing requests, and order follow-ups Resolve customer issues related to product performance, delivery, or installation Support after-sales service and warranty processes as needed Administrative & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions Coordinate with internal teams on order processing and delivery schedules Experience in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment, attachments, or industrial products Strong understanding of construction, mining, forestry, or industrial equipment applications Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or specifications Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory Experience selling guarding, safety equipment, or OEM / aftermarket attachments Technical or mechanical background related to heavy machinery Familiarity with dealer networks and contractor sales CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Combination of office, remote, and field-based work Regular travel to customer sites, dealerships, and job locations Base salary ($55,000-$60,000) plus commission Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Benefits package (health, dental, RRSP Match.).

They our looking for an Outside Sales Representative . This position is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting guarding systems and equipment attachments for heavy machinery. This role focuses on developing new businesses, maintaining existing customer relationships, and providing technical sales support to contractors, equipment owners, dealers, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate combines strong sales skills with technical understanding of heavy equipment applications and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for heavy equipment guarding and attachments
- Manage and grow an assigned territory or customer base
- Develop long-term relationships with contractors, fleet owners, dealers, and end users
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
