Responsibilities:

• Assisting Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors with all aspects of servicing Commercial Auto ICBC accounts
• Performing ICBC fleet transactions at the request and direction of Commercial Auto Specialist and Insurance Advisors
• Assisting with the maintenance of fleet accounts
• Providing a high-level of service to both internal and external clients
• Updating client information as changes occur
• Supporting the Administrator/Batcher with the functions of ICBC transacting batching:Reconcile previous days ICBC transactions/documents (including cash, cheques, credit card payments)Quality check and correct documents to ensure there are no errorsEnter documents into AutolinkLiaise with ICBC as requiredLiaise with ICBC revenue banking as requiredDeposit ICBC funds dailyAssist with inventory control
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications

• Level 1 General Insurance License or be willing to obtain it within 3 months of hire
• Previous Commercial Auto insurance experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior client service & telephone manners
• Strong computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
