Based in the Surrey / Langley area, the Branch Manager, will lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll manage staff, oversee finances, and maintain compliance.
Responsibilities :
Leadership & Management : Supervise staff, including hiring and training. Foster a collaborative work environment.
Financial Management : Develop strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profits. Monitor P&L, expenses and budget effectively.
Customer Service : Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Build and maintain client relationships.
Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Implement risk management protocols.
Sales & Business Development : Execute sales strategies to attract new customers. Identify cross-selling opportunities.
Operational Efficiency : Streamline processes to improve efficiency. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics for improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Proven experience in branch management in an industrial environment - electrical, HVAC, plumbing or related
Strong leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
