Location : Boucherville – 100% On-Site

Salary : $23 – $24 / h, depending on experience

Job Type : 3-month contract with possible extension

Schedule : 3 days / week – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (on-site)

Start : As soon as possible

We are looking for an organized, autonomous, and customer-service oriented individual to support administrative and HR activities within a collaborative, energetic, and supportive team.

Job Benefits :

  • Fixed schedule : 3 days / week (22.5 hours)

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR questions, policies, and procedures.
  • Document and process requests using the internal case management tool.
  • Enter data for hiring, changes, and terminations.
  • Adapt responses according to employee profiles and needs.
  • Redirect requests to the appropriate teams as needed.
  • Meet deadlines while providing excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects (annual cycles, internal initiatives, operational support)
  • Candidate Profile :

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, reliable, and discreet
  • Strong computer skills : Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Autonomous, organized, and able to manage priorities
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written)
  • Other language requirements : English

  • Required skill level : advanced
  • Reasons for language requirements : communication with clients, collaboration between internal teams, support for operations in another region, relationships with partners or stakeholders from different cultures, customer support
  • Frequency of use : constantly (for almost all tasks)
