ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager Program Integrity and Education is responsible for the planning development implementation and evaluation of staff learning and professional development within the Department to support strategic goals and meet legislative requirements. This role leads staff program and professional development; developing and implementing Departmental education and training policies processes and practices and ensuring that program practices are consistent with relevant legislation regulations and policies; managing the development and maintenance of learning materials in traditional digital and multimedia formats.
CORPORATE HR GOVERNANCE
Departmental Human Resources functions work in close collaboration with Corporate Human Resources; consistent with the Regions human resources vision and strategy; supporting the development and implementation of Corporate Human Resources Initiatives Programs Processes Policies and Protocols including Corporate Learning and Development programs. Corporate Human Resources provides strategic human resources planning direction and leadership across the Region.
