Job Description :
The Regional Human Resources Manager is responsible for the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation Administration and Employee Engagement activities for our branches. This manager will lead efforts for HR compliance follow through and will work closely with the leadership team to recognize and address leadership training needs for growth.
Responsibilities :
Develops a culture which provides fair treatment, opportunity for growth and advancement, recognizing each individual's worth and dignity, maintaining an issue free workplacePartners with branch managers to identify and develop promotable candidates for Tech-24 positions within the assigned branchesEnsures proper handling of employment issues, sexual harassment complaints, employee opinion surveys, exit interviews, pay practices, progressive discipline, performance management, appropriate terminations, time card compliance, worker compensation claims, LOA, FMLA; provide assistance for EEOC, DOL and legal changes / issuesPartners with Employee Relations Manager on conflict resolution cases and all Title Seven casesPartners with Recruiter on recruiting and staffing initiatives along with succession planningEnsures that Tech-24 diversity initiatives are followed by recruiting diverse employees and establishing relationships with diversity resourcesMonitors training programs and assesses follow through. Provides feedback on trainees and makes recommendations on placementEnsures that Human Resource policies and procedures are communicated and followed in a timely manner; including, but not limited to : Benefits enrollment, unemployment issues, LOA, FMLA, attendance policy, commuting policy, and staffing guidelinesServes as communication liaison between corporate HR and branch employees to solve individual or systemic benefits or pay issuesInitiates drug testing, background checks and new employee orientation for the assigned branchesQualifications :
College degree preferred; (will consider combination of education and experience)5 years or more HR management experience requiredHR certification preferredKnowledge and experience Federal / State Employment Law, EEOC, Labor, Recruiting, Payroll.
