    Agissant en tant que partenaire de l'organisation, le directeur des ressources humaines participera à la définition et au soutien d'une culture cohérente et axée sur la performance dans toutes les divisions du Groupe Amiel.

    Il / elle sera responsable de l'orientation, de la planification, de l'organisation et de la gestion de toutes les questions relatives aux ressources humaines, conformément aux objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.

    En tant que partenaire d'affaires, il / elle assurera la direction de toutes les activités liées aux ressources humaines et conseillera les employés et les gestionnaires sur les politiques et les programmes. Il joue un rôle actif dans la mise en place de structures, de processus et de stratégies évolutifs qui façonnent l'expérience des employés, le développement du leadership, l'excellence des performances et la croissance de l'organisation.

    Responsabilités spécifiques :

    • En collaboration avec le vice-président des ressources humaines, soutient le déploiement de la stratégie en matière de ressources humaines, en veillant à la cohérence avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
    • Favorise l'alignement entre toutes les divisions en concevant des stratégies qui soutiennent l'engagement, la reconnaissance et la motivation des employés et positionne l'entreprise comme un employeur de choix.
    • Diriger les initiatives de changement organisationnel afin d'instaurer une culture d'amélioration continue et d'adaptabilité dans tous les sites.
    • Gère le processus d'attraction et de recrutement pour les postes de la vente au détail et de l'entreprise, en participant activement au recrutement et à l'intégration de toutes les fonctions de l'entreprise.
    • Gère et résout les problèmes complexes liés aux relations avec les employés
    • Développe des relations et soutient les partenaires commerciaux dans des domaines tels que l'engagement des employés, la formation et le développement, la rémunération et les avantages sociaux, ainsi que la performance.
    • Fournir un soutien et des conseils aux employés sur les questions liées aux ressources humaines.
    • Soutenir et réaliser des projets à l'échelle de l'entreprise tels que des initiatives d'engagement des employés, des initiatives de formation, le déploiement / la mise à jour de nouvelles politiques, etc.
    • Diriger des projets d'amélioration de la santé et de la sécurité en collaboration avec les gestionnaires et en conformité avec les exigences de la CNESST.
    • Gérer tous les dossiers d'accidents du travail (affectations temporaires, contestations, évaluations médicales, etc.) et les dossiers d'invalidité.
    • Gère le processus d'évaluation annuelle du rendement, y compris le lancement d'un nouveau processus et le processus d'étalonnage des talents.
    • Diriger la révision de nos programmes de formation, en s'assurant d'une bonne compréhension des besoins de formation par rôle et en lançant de nouveaux programmes, au besoin.
    • Diriger l'élaboration de nos programmes de reconnaissance, en veillant à ce que les stratégies fournissent un retour d'information précieux afin de relier davantage nos collaborateurs à l'entreprise et à son plan stratégique.
    • Écoute activement les commentaires des employés afin d'élaborer des stratégies visant à améliorer la satisfaction, les performances et la fidélisation des employés.
    • Diriger et encadrer les membres de l'équipe RH
    • Votre profil

    • Diplôme en gestion des ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou en administration avec une spécialisation en gestion des ressources humaines.
    • Au moins sept (7) années d'expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire, avec une capacité démontrée à gérer toutes les parties du cycle de vie des employés (par exemple, l'attraction, le recrutement, la législation du travail, la santé et la sécurité, la rémunération, le développement organisationnel, etc.)
    • Capacité avérée à établir des partenariats solides et à influencer les décisions commerciales à tous les niveaux de direction.
    • Capacité à collecter et à utiliser des données et des analyses pour aider à diagnostiquer les problèmes liés aux personnes.
    • Curiosité et adaptabilité dans l'intégration des technologies de l'IA dans les opérations quotidiennes, afin d'optimiser les processus et d'améliorer la prise de décision.
    • Une expérience dans le domaine du commerce de détail est un atout.
    • Bonne connaissance des lois et règlements du travail du Québec.
    • Capacité éprouvée à résoudre des problèmes dans un environnement changeant.
    • Forte capacité à établir un climat de confiance.
    • Capacité à s'adapter aux changements et aux priorités.
    • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
    • Aptitude avérée à la rédaction.
    • Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office.

      Acting as a business partner to the organization, the Director, HR will be involved in the definition and support of a cohesive, performance-driven culture across all Groupe Amiel divisions.

      She / he will be responsible for guiding, planning, organizing and managing all human resources issues, in line with the company's strategic objectives.

      As a business partner, he / she will provide leadership on all human resource activities, acting as an advisor to employees and managers on policies and programs. This role plays an active role in building scalable structures, processes, and strategies that shape employee experience, leadership development, performance excellence, and organizational growth.

      Your responsibilities

      Analyze the organization and document its business, processes and systems, assessing the integration model with technology. It helps guide the company in improving processes, products, services and software through the analysis of retail and distribution systems.

      Specific responsibilities :

    • In collaboration with the VP HR, supports the deployment of the human resources strategy, ensuring consistency with business objectives.
    • Fosters alignment between all divisions by designing strategies that support employee engagement, recognition, and motivation and positions the company as an employer of choice
    • Leads organizational change initiatives to embed a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability across all locations.
    • Manages the attraction and recruitment process for both retail and corporate positions, actively participating in the recruitment and onboarding of all corporate roles
    • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
    • Develops relationships and supports business partners in areas including employee engagement, training & development, compensation & benefits, and performance
    • Provides support and guidance to employees on Human Resources related matters
    • Supports and delivers company-wide projects such as employee engagement initiatives, training initiatives, roll out / updates of new policies, etc.
    • Leads health and safety improvement projects in collaboration with managers and in compliance with CNESST requirements.
    • Manages all occupational injury files (temporary assignments, contestations, medical assessments, etc.) and disability files.
    • Manages the annual performance appraisal process, including the launch of a new process and talent calibration process
    • Leads the revision of our training programs, ensuring a through understanding of training needs by role and launch of new programs, as needed
    • Leads the development of our recognition programs, ensuring strategies that provides valuable feedback to further connect our people to the company and its strategic plan
    • Actively listens to employee feedback to inform strategies that improve employee satisfaction, performance, and retention.

    • Your profile

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations or administration with a concentration in human resources management.
    • At least seven (7) years' relevant experience in a similar role with a demonstrated capacity to manage all parts of the employee lifecycle (e.g. attraction, recruitment, labor laws, Health & Safety, compensation, organizational development, etc.).
    • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence business decisions with all levels of leaders
    • Ability to collect and use data and analytics to support with diagnosing people issues
    • Curiosity and adaptability in integrating AI technologies into daily operations, to optimize processes and improve decision-making
    • Experience in retail is an asset.
    • Good knowledge of Quebec labour laws and regulations.
    • Proven ability to solve problems in a changing environment.
    • Strong ability to build trust.
    • Ability to adapt to change and priorities.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated writing skills.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
