Job description

The ideal candidate is a team player who will work closely with business stakeholders and the IT teams to analyze, design, and implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will serve as a key liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that the ERP system aligns with the company’s strategic goals and operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for ERP system configurations and customizations.
  • Lead or support the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.).
  • Conduct system and process gap analysis to improve system efficiency, user experience, and performance.
  • Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support
  • Strong understanding of business processes in (finance, supply chain, manufacturing).
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Knowledge of data migration, reporting tools, and business intelligence (BI) systems.
  • Bilingual (collaborate outside Quebec).
