Your mission should you accept it :
Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human ResourcesAdvisor acts as a generalist by offering support to his or her group of clients
in the various areas of human resources management. Truly passionate about
workforce management, planning, the development of training activities, the integration
of new employees and especially teamwork, he / she responds to employees' ad hoc requests
while participating in strategic actions to attract and retain talent. This
role is carried out from our office located in Lévis, Quebec, in hybrid work mode.

- University degree in human resources, organizational development, education or a related field;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in training and development;
- Availability to travel occasionally (site visits and business travel);
Ability to communicate in both French and English, orally
and in writing, in order to interact with employes, partners, and colleagues at the national level;
